Who handles the information?

Anders Houlberg, Copenhagen, is responsible for the information submitted through the enquiry form. ainders is a personal side project.

What do I receive?

Only what you enter yourself: your name, email address, a description of the task, and any optional information about your company, a link, the desired outcome and timing.

What do I use it for?

Only to assess and respond to your enquiry and for any follow-up conversation about the task. You won't be added to a newsletter or an automated sales sequence.

How is the message delivered?

The form delivers the message to my inbox via Telegram. ainders doesn't create a separate customer database. Telegram processes the message as part of the delivery. You can read Telegram's privacy policy here ↗.

Share only what's needed

Don't send national identification numbers, health information, passwords or other sensitive or confidential information through the form. If the task requires it, we can move that conversation to an appropriate channel later.

When you use the Workshop

A web address or text submitted to a tool is used to run the selected audit. On the public Vercel version, a temporary workflow is created so a longer audit can continue if you switch apps or close the tab. Vercel may therefore process and temporarily store the input, working data and result as part of the run. The Workshop doesn't create a user profile or personal archive of results, and the result isn't stored in a separate ainders database.

Your browser stores only a signed access key, plus the audit type, selected page count, AI setting and expiry time. It doesn't store the submitted web address, text or report. The key lets you retrieve the same result after navigation or an automatic mobile reload. Access expires after 24 hours and is removed locally when you reset the report, start a new run, leave the run or the expiry is detected. Cloudflare and Vercel may also process technical log data as part of delivery and operation.

Qwen reports and confidential material

Some tools may send a limited, structured version of the audit findings to my local AI model so it can prioritise and expand on them in a report. The raw web page or your full text sample isn't sent to the model. The result is an automated first look, not a guarantee or legal assessment. Only use public web addresses and content you're allowed to share. Never submit passwords, personal data or confidential material.
