Not everything here is a business. Some of it is a case study, some a prototype, and some just an idea I had to follow.
40,000 keywords across four languages were tagged with GPT-3. It saved more than 1,000 hours of work. The project later became a Global Search Awards-winning case study.

I don't take on large transformation programmes. The task has to be clearly scoped and lead to something concrete.
From task to tool
A task often starts across emails, spreadsheets and manual checks. I reduce it to one flow, test it, and only build further if it works.

01 Raw material
The task is scattered.Emails, spreadsheets and manual checks are connected, but no one can see the whole workflow.We cut through to the workflow that's actually worth changing. Sometimes the honest answer is that AI isn't the solution.
I build a focused prototype that can be tested with real people and realistic data before the idea gets expensive.
A small tool for one specific workflow, with quality checks and a proper handover. It has to keep working without me.
About me
I'm Anders Houlberg. Over nearly ten years at Omnicom, I helped leading brands in Denmark and around the world connect search, AI, technology and business. I'm now AI Transformation Lead at Imerco.
My strength is understanding a problem across disciplines, cutting it down to something that can be built, and testing the solution in practice.
ainders is my own workshop alongside my main role. It's where I build and test small digital projects and take on a small number of clearly defined assignments.
